As a Coach at Kids Unlimited, you'll earn a base hourly rate ranging from $28.26 up to $35.71, depending on experience, along with superannuation. Additionally, we provide compensation equivalent to a minimum of two hours of work for all our coaches, ensuring fair pay even for 45-minute lessons.

What will I be doing?

As a key member of Kids Unlimited, your purpose is to provide children with a fun, enjoyable, interactive, and educational experience.

You'll achieve this by leading coaching & tutoring sessions within schools, supported by our trusted and proven subject content guides.

Our enriching programs span 8 weeks per term, allowing you to conduct sessions across multiple schools in your area. With a focus on after-school schedules, and even some morning and lunchtime shifts, flexibility is key to ensuring a balanced coaching experience.

What do I need to succeed?

We're devoted to adding enthusiastic, passionate, and dynamic coaches to our team. We're in pursuit of individuals who can establish strong connections with students during the 8-week program, driven by a genuine passion for nurturing children's learning adventures. Furthermore, we're seeking those who embody professionalism and punctuality.

No experience? No problem! Don't stress if you're lacking professional experience in your field – what truly counts is your boundless passion for your subject.

The key requirements for the position are:

• A current employee working with children check
• A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Experience working with children in a professional setting (desirable)
